Class Description
This course's focal points will deal with numberand operations, basic algebra, and measurement and geometry. We take a look at the math around us and incorporate it in our problems and projects. Majority of the work is done in class, but some assignments are given to help the learning process.

*Students will do most of their work and problems in class
*Assignments (in or out of class) are workth 5 points
*Tests and quizzes will be given in different ways to assess students learning
